Free Initial Phone Consultation

To answer any questions you may have prior to beginning counseling, I offer a 20 minute phone consultation with no commitment.  During this brief conversation, I can get a glimpse into your current situation, and you will have an opportunity to decide if you are comfortable with me, and my approach to therapy.

Counseling Session: $130 (60 minutes)

·   Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment
·   Fees are due at the time of services..

extended sessions

  If a longer session is needed or preferred, extended sessions are available upon request.  The first hour is billed at the regular counseling session rate, then in 15 minute increments thereafter.

INsurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, counseling services may be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for counseling services, and if pre-authorization is necessary. We will be happy to provide the required information you need to submit for reimbursement.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits for Out of Network Providers?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
